From time to time, conferences are organised by Maidenhead Interfaith. Below are details of and papers from such conferences:
“Mutual Enrichment in a Multicultural Nation.”
19th March 2007 at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor
This conference was designed to help the faith groups in Maidenhead and Windsor to seek better understanding with respect for each other and with the aim of enriching the quality of life for all who live or work in the Borough and beyond. The event heard three speakers, one from the Muslim community, one from the Jewish community and one from the Christian community, presenting several perspectives on relations between the faiths. The delegates split into a number of workshops to consider and discuss matters of respective interest. A final session pulled together much of what had been discussed.
